Total customer care and the provision of the highest quality of workmanship are the pivotal principles behind the endeavours of Matrix and its staff.

The quality of service offered by most property service companies falls far below that which the customer should reasonably expect. Many other service providers are often unreliable, providing poor workmanship with little or no customer care – service in name only, not in practice.

Personal experience of the property service business led to the belief that there was (and remains) a real need for a company which can provide the consumer with reliable, well-organised and cost effective service. Matrix Maintenance Limited was born from this belief. This service philosophy, together with a firm commitment to the highest standards of workmanship, forms the basis of our business.

Company History

Matrix Maintenance Limited, based in Fulham, London SW6, was established in 2000 to provide a ‘hands-on’ response and support to Managing Agents’ requirements in Central London. The company specialises in reactive and planned maintenance but also undertakes contract work and can offer individual facilities management packages as required. In recent years, Matrix has expanded its Residential division in order to provide maintenance solutions directly for the general public.

LARRY C.O. LUGG
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Larry Lugg trained at the Reading College of Estate Management and worked for a firm of Chartered Surveyors, Browett Taylor & Co.

He has since worked in the construction and property sector for over twenty five years. During this period he has worked closely with managing agents within the property service industry which has convinced him that there was substantial opportunity to improve standards of workmanship and customer care. As a result, Matrix has been formed to provide a fully ‘hands-on’ approach to your requirements.

CHARLIE HARRIS
OPERATIONS & FINANCE

Charlie Harris began his professional career with stock broking firm Cazenove & Co. During seven years as a Japanese equity salesman, he worked for extended periods in both Tokyo and New York, visiting companies, writing investment research and providing a full sales service to clients from across the investing spectrum. His role at Matrix encompasses a wider array of duties which have built upon his previous experience, from operations and finance to IT and HR.
